These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from PCMKR KH ("PCMKR", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction in order to purchase from this store. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Our garments are produced in small runs, and several styles are reconstructed or hand-finished from existing garments. Variation in wash, fade, distressing, placement of prints and embroidery, and minor differences in measurement are characteristic of how these pieces are made and are not defects.
We make every effort to display product colours and detail accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces them exactly.
All items are subject to availability. Stock is limited and an item may sell out before your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to correct pricing or description errors, and to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping page, which forms part of these terms.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us at local@pcmkr.art within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached. Sale items and made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
All content on this site, including designs, graphics, artwork, photography, text and the PCMKR name and logos, belongs to PCMKR KH or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
The site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCMKR KH is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any product purchased through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
