This policy explains how PCMKR KH processes and ships orders placed through this store.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Cambodian public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders shipped within Cambodia are delivered within 1–2 business days from dispatch.
We ship selected orders outside Cambodia. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. If you would like to place an international order, contact us at local@pcmkr.art before ordering so we can confirm availability, cost and estimated transit time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you complete payment.
For orders delivered outside Cambodia, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at local@pcmkr.art and we will help if the order has not yet shipped.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to their handling and timelines. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us at local@pcmkr.art or +855 99 564 942 and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
